Logo design for a House DJ

Client work for a local house DJ with Persian roots. The task was to create a clean wordmark with personality. He wanted some ties of his Persian roots embedded in the logo. The solution was to take inspiration from the Persian alphabet - which resulted in a big swoosh interacting through his name.
